Setting Auto Responder

Step1:
Login Web Mail
 

Go to http://pop.yourdomain.com/mail

Login using your E-mail address and Password.

 

 

 

 
Step2:
Select Setting
 

At the top menu bar, click on Settings.

 

 

 

 
Step3:
Click Auto Responder
 

You will see the following screen as shown above. Click Auto Responder on the left panel.

 

 

 

 
Step4:
Enter a message & Change Status option
 

Enter a message that you want your receiver(s) to see. Remember to change the Status option.

If you choose "Respond after a period", you are to enter the number of days a responder should be inactive. When the number of days the last response exceeds the limit a new responder will be automatically sent.

For example, typically you would use a low number such as 7. In such case the sender no matter how many messages he sent during 2 weeks will receive 2 responder messages. The second one will be sent after a week from the first one sent.

Lastly, click on Save Changes.
