3. How long does it take before my domain name is active? |
|
| | Once
the appropriate Network Information Centre announces that your domain name has
been registered or transferred, it usually takes about 48 to 72 hours before it
is active. For existing domains, DNS information has to be updated so that the
new location of your website is reflected. |

4. How long does it take to set up a web hosting account with Exxelnet Solutions? |
|
| | The
server will be set up for you within 6 hours of receipt of your payment. You will
receive a set of detailed instructions to guide you through the setting up of
POP email account, FTP etc. This means you will be able to upload files into the
new server to standby for the domain to be effective. For existing domains, there
may be a delay of between 3 - 7 days due to the time needed for the Network Information
Centres to update the change in your DNS information. This delay, called Internet
Propagation Time, is beyond our control. |

5. Do you host foreign domains (eg. domains ending with .cn, .bn, .au)? |
